Family of highly professional fellows

My Danish experience was awesome. Danes are beautiful people, even though initially not open. The language is quite hard to learn, but it is not a huge problem because almost every Dane speaks English. Denmark is a very orderly society and I loved the clean air.

A huge multicultural family of Danida fellows
I also loved the Danida Fellowship Centre – a huge multicultural family of fellows, and a highly professional and very warm group of staff. Overall, my Danish experience was great. Lasting memories were created, great friends were made and I became part of a bigger family of Danida fellows.  I loved the many parties I attended and I still feel connected to Denmark through my Danish friends and my university lecturers. We still keep in touch.

Global friendships
I believe in people. I therefore consider the opportunity to make friends and establish contacts with people from countries I might never get the chance to visit in my lifetime as my most important experience in Denmark.
